NeuxPark was formed with a primary focus on dispelling the usual preconceptions of a client/contractor relationship. Through a combination of in-depth expertise in project management, consultancy and design, the NeuxPark vision is to provide a uniquely client-centric approach to building and infrastructure works.
The development of our diverse in-house skilled team allows us to focus our expertise on innovative, bespoke solutions directly for the client by leveraging designs through creativity, sustainability and with new technologies.

Planning & Design
Project survey and consultation
From the outset, our technical and creative team can provide advice on design ideas and provide cost-effective recommendations whilst developing a brief.
End-to-end project planning
Preparation of detailed plans and programmes outlining each step of a project’s process, providing specification documents, sample boards and supplier recommendations, to precise schematics and elevation drawings. Prior to commencement, we ensure Construction Phase Plans- with relevant risk assessments, method statements and permits are completed.
Installation & Build
On-site monitoring and auditing
All projects are managed and audited to ensure compliance with CDM regulations. Inspection and audits are regularly conducted throughout projects to minimise risk and increase awareness while onsite. Moreover, every project is assigned a dedicated Director, Project Manager and Site Supervisor to be on-hand to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard, safely and on time.
Engaging suppliers and subcontractors
NeuxPark effectuates reassurance from our internal and outsourced supply chain. Regular training updates, developments and improvements, as well as a robust supply chain onboarding process, ensures that we collectively meet strict quality and compliance guidelines.
Handover & Beyond
Occupation and certification
Provided on completion: all statutory documentation including Operation and Maintenance manuals, commissioning certification and building control documentation.
Modification and maintenance
By continuously working closely with our clients, we understand that there can be a post completion requirement for change. By advising on and facilitating these changes for the project, we ensure minimal disruption and cost implications to live environments.
